The NDP plan has been completed.
It has been Externally Examined, and the REFERENDUM stage was successfully completed, which means that the Weobley NDP is the document that we shall refer to in the future, regarding planning applications and considerations. Please see next page for a copy.
Please see the REFERENDUM page for further details of all the complete documentation

Welcome to the Weobley Parish
Neighbourhood Development Plan web site
Why do we need to have a Neighbourhood Development Plan?
- This is the next stage following on from the excellent Weobley Parish Plan that was carried out in 2004
- To try and establish the best use of land in the village and surrounding parish
- Work began several years ago but was hindered by the need to focus on important planning applications in the village
- When adopted it should be helpful in providing a steer for future planning applications and consideration
- Needs to agree with and sit with the Hereford Core Strategy which in turn sits within the National Plan. The Hereford Core Strategy has recently been revised and could mean that more houses need to be built within the parish
- The process involves the community
- It enables the village to take a ‘good look’ at itself
